This 30-minute vinyasa yoga class will lengthen the front of your body and open your hips, chest and shoulders. With creative sequencing and awareness of breath we will gradually move into backbends like anjaneyasana, wild thing and camel. Strengthen your spine, open your heart, unlock your energy in this full body practice.
