Hi, I’m Sara 

I am an e-RYT 500 yoga and meditation teacher, speaker, and author. Since 2015 I’ve been sharing my passion for yoga and self-development with my students through classes, workshops, retreats, trainings, as well as on social media. 

There’s nothing like witnessing my students do “the impossible”. Often people join my classes with a fixed set of ideas about what they can and cannot do. I love watching them tap into their inner power and blossom into their potential.

Over the last 8 years I worked in-person and online with thousands of students from all over the world and got to witness their transformation first hand.

My goal is to help you grow through movement and mindfulness and reach your full potential.

Absolutely! In the course during the first two weeks we will cover all the basics of headstand, handstand, and forearm stand. In the following weeks we will build upon this foundation.

Of course you will:) Even if you already know how to do the headstand you can watch the lecture dedicated to it and learn things that will improve your alignment. For those who already have some knowledge of the pose(s) I included intermediate and advanced variations that will further boost your practice. The same applies for handstand and forearm stand.

By enrolling in this course you will get a lifetime access to all the material. Life gets busy sometimes and I completely understand that. You can start the course whenever you want and re-watch the classes as often as necessary.

The classes range from 10 to 50 minutes, with the average length being around 30 minutes. This way you can easily squeeze some practice time into your daily routine.
